Mr. Reid is the Owner and Head Instructor of Reid's Martial Arts Academy in McKinney, Texas.  He started formal Martial Arts training while serving 6 years in the U.S. Army. He continued his Martial Arts training while pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Major in Computer Information Systems at the University of the District of Columbia, in Washington, D.C. He also attended Graduate School at the University of Maryland. For many years Mr. Reid worked in the corporate sector as a Computer Programmer/Analyst, while pursuing his Martial Arts career. He received his 1st degree through 3rd Degree Black Belt under Grandmaster Jhoon Rhee in Washington, DC. He relocated to Texas in 1990. He was three time United States TaeKwon-Do Federation National Champion (95, 96, and 97). Mr. Reid is certified with The Jhoon Rhee Institue of TaeKwondo, The World Ko Am Martial Arts Federation , Korea KIDO Association (Hapkido), The Kukkiwon (World Taekwowdo Federation, Korea) and The International Arnis Combat Kiathson Federation, Philippines.

Madie Malone 1st Dan
Junior Assistant Instructor

Madi has been training for over 3 years. She is an excellent techincian at a young age of 11 years old. Madi also competes on the United States Taekwondo  Taekwondo curcuit. She has won numerious gold medals in Sparring and Forms Competiton. Madie leads by example.
