Video clip 3 – Taegeuk 3 Jang
Open handed strike, open handed defense, continued strike, continued defense. Speed and strength becomes important at this level.

Video clip 4 – Taegeuk 4 Jang
Various movements as well as standing on the heel of the foot are demonstrated in preparation for actual match situations.

Video clip 5 – Taegeuk 5 Jang
This level teaches regulation of strength within a movement. New moves utilize the elbows, kicking in combination with multiple defensive moves, and hitting in combination with a jump.

Video clip 6 – Taegeuk 6 Jang
Take extra care to blend each movement into another, making them flow together like water. Make sure to return the kicking leg in a forward position after delivering the kick.

Video clip 7 – Taegeuk 7Jang
Movements on this level must be performed with firmness. Because the program is more complicated, you must concentrate on connecting them fluidly. Many new movements are introduced, so take extra care to memorize them.

This is the last stage of low level training. Take special care with the movement of the feet, in which you learn to kick and retreat by two steps. Observe for the slight differences in each move.
